i liked the bay view from my room i saw the sunset the light was just magnificent the room had a small kitchen which was convenient i could prepare basic meals. the balcony provided ample space i sat outside and enjoyed the fresh air

The hotel rooms were big and neat. i found the beds very comfortable. the swimming pool was awesome. it's a good place for families. the bar made great drinks. I liked having drinks by the pool and enjoyed the sunsets. the thoughtful touches. the location is quite good, a bit away from the main restaurant area, but not too far. there are options nearby. the rooms have views of the channel. the staff was available. they were happy to help with anything i needed. de marco was particularly helpful, and i never seemed like anything was too much trouble.
the hallways smelled a bit like mold.

tranquil escape ample loungers attention to detail
I appreciated the hotel's location. the pool area was a highlight. I loved the ample loungers and shaded spots.. it was perfect. charlotte, the concierge, was really good. She arranged lovely surprises for my son's graduation with very nice attention to detail.
The outdated condition of the room was disappointing. It felt sparse and not very clean. the bathroom's design was inefficient, and the shower had issues, it sprayed water in every direction. i hope they address these concerns to enhance future stays.

the pool area offers ample loungers and shaded sections for relaxation. the gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes who want to keep up their fitness routine. hand sanitizer stations are available near the elevators.

mixed feelings about this stay
serious sanitation issue dismissive manager
sandor, the bellman, was quick when i arrived and helped me get settled in.
my check-in was disappointing i found dried feces drippings on the toilet it was a serious sanitation issue i called the front desk someone came to clean the room. the manager was dismissive she only offered to waive the resort fee for one night.
